Every Star
Blog #71
Every star in heaven, every pure thought, every loving act,
is a portal in which to behold the Christ-love of God.
Symbolism
Reindeer — signifying the seeker of Divine Love — stands before the
Tree of Life — symbolizing the oneness or connectivity of Spirit and Nature: rooted in the earth but ever reaching for the stars, evergreen with spiritual wisdom and truth.
The seeker’s every good act, every expression of love, becomes the
tree’s sparkling Red ornaments.
The Star symbolizes enlightenment: an attunement with one’s higher Self; a personal relationship with God, Spirit, Divinity; an expansion of heartfelt love and happiness.
White represents purity, the perfection of the soul, abiding intuition.
Blue conveys an expansiveness of possibilities.
The underlying 40-Triangle foundational symbol signifies this is good fortune.
May this holy season bring you comfort and joy.
Every star in heaven, every pure thought, every loving act,
is a portal in which to behold the Christ-love of God.
let Peace Begin with Me
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace,
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy;
O Divine Spirit,
grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Amen
Ukrainian folklore characterizes pysanky as a symbolic, talismanic writing that invokes a higher Universal Power for help, while believing with faithful certainty that It will. The contemporary version of this characterization is a paper-and-pen journaling practice called prayer writing. Both develop a personal relationship with God.
